There is one mark on the top tide of the faceplate near the tuning knob and a few of the knobs have signs of gentle use

I was expecting to find the typical signs of normal use like burned areas around the high wattage resistors and melting around the faceplate lamps

The original DC supply used a multi-voltage design with unreliable interchangeable prongs and I think this is a better solution

I went through this amplifier board-by-board and serviced everything while referencing an original service manual and digitized schematic (included with the sale)

There is one mark on the top tide of the faceplate near the tuning knob and a few of the knobs have signs of gentle use. Aside from these minor imperfections, this Pioneer is like new. The wood case is excellent, and the faceplate shines like new. The receiver has been fully restored. All electrolytic capacitors have been replaced and the small signal transistors in the
